I've always attached great importance to the advice you've given us and tried to find ways to do it well.  Even though 2020 is a very tough year, we decided to plan to upgrade our service in an all-round way. Thank you for your support and encouragement.   According to the feedbacks from you guys, we have several sections need to be upgraded.   The first part is After-Sale Service After-Sale Service is a big problem with LEGO alternatives business. As an assembly toy, there will always be a very small number of missing pieces.   According to our statistics over the past year,  the missing parts rate is 1.067% That means there are 1-2 ouf of 1
