Throughout 2023, we received numerous emails from you, sharing your experiences with building our nifeliz sets and giving us some awesome suggestions for improvement. And let me tell you, your feedback and suggestions has been invaluable in shaping our brand. And I want to personally thank each and every one of you for taking the time and effort to share your experiences and suggestions with us. First and foremost, we are truly committed to providing the best service to you, and your feedback has helped us identify areas where we may have fallen short. Many times, we have not been aware of these issue, and I know that we may have fallen short in certain areas and haven't always been as meticulous as we should be. However, please believe that we are determined to make things right and making the necessary changes. For this, we have taken the following actions.

Small Codes on Part Bags: Thanks to your feedback, we've realized that expressed difficulty in identifying the bags they need quickly due to small or unclear codes on the part bags. We recognized this issue and implemented changes to make the numbers more visible and easier to read, facilitating a smoother building experience. Besides, we have added four pages of detailed instructions and guidance in the manual's illustration section. These additional pages will helping users quickly identify the parts bags they need for each step. I believe that these changes will greatly improve your assembly experience, and I hope that you will have a better experience in future assemblies.
