  Hello everyone, Allen here from Nifeliz team.  In the past month, we have started to make some changes to optimize our service and product quality.   We rent bigger warehouses to improve our speed of packing. We hire more boys and girls to do a better customer service. We started to design some new nice sets by ourselves.  Looks good but still a lot problems here. And we actually make a big mistake on packing.  Due to the member changes and new warehouses, we have mistook our street sets. There are 6 street sets have been packed in the wrong box. So some of you who bought our street set in Sept got the wrong set. I apologize for our miss on this important problem and I swear we will not make this kind of things happen again.  And now, all the wrong street sets have been destroyed 2 days ago. Up to 37 in x 33 in.  Full of details everywhere. Active head, legs, wing. The most important thing is that these 2 sets looks so cool. This kind of large dragon model sets are quite rare.   Hello everyone, this is Allen again.  Another month passed. So many things happen ed, hope you all is well.  In this month, we are working on the upgrading I mentioned in my last post . About the After-Sale Service, I believe that some of you who missing pieces have already felt the speed of service we're improving.   At the same time we are keeping our eyes on the shipping.  I think this part will be better in the near future. Hello guys, this is Allen again. Now is the end of the June, some of the new sets that I published last month are arriving. And some will arrive... Maybe In July It really sounds werid. Why the sets I published in May need more than a month to arrive? Well actually that is my fault cuz I couldn't have imagined there would be so many factors to delay it for so long this month. These new sets met COVID-19 COVID-19 Met "I cant' breathe" So these makes everything slower and some new sets will arrive later. The good news is they will arrive before July 10th.
