Autumn Floral Basket Review
— Assemble Your Everlasting Floral Basket
Preface
"This hands-on review is NifeliZ's collaborative experiment in authenticity: a diverse team—from office professionals and LEGO enthusiasts to musicians and photographers—built our own kits alongside fans to experience their joys, struggles, and "aha" moments firsthand. By sharing raw insights into what works, what doesn't, and how we'll improve, we aim to create products that truly resonate with builders while offering you practical guidance.
Whether avoiding pitfalls or enhancing your creative flow, this collective journey—fueled by varied perspectives but united in purpose—is designed to make every assembly smoother, every connection more meaningful, and every build a shared story of growth."
If spring flowers are the gentle sway in the breeze, then this Autumn Floral Basket feels more like a "handmade warm filter". No pollen allergies, no watering or fertilizing needed—its beauty is entirely in your hands. Pick up the pieces, open the instruction manual, and as you follow each step of this step-by-step assembly, you'll see your ordinary tabletop gradually filled with layers of orange-yellow petals and deep green leaves. That sense of creating an "everlasting autumn" from scratch is so satisfying that it's hard not to get immersed in the process.
Hello friends! Cecilia here. Today I'm bringing you a small handcrafted piece—the floral basket. It works as a lego-type display model. Now, let's step into this warm world of building block art together and experience every detail of the assembly process.
1. Box & Contents
The box follows the brand’s signature dark background with realistic renderings, instantly showing the final display model in all its charm.
Contents:
•Bag 1 – 4 bags (steps 1–77)
•Bag 2 – 4 bags (steps 78-160)
•Bag 3 – 5 bags (steps 161–250)
•1 instruction manual
•3 parts boxes
•1 bookmark
Everything is ready. Now, let's start this little hands-on journey together!
2.Assembly Process
Bag 1 contains 4 bags of parts.
We start with Bag [1.23].
Step 4: Note that the part has a hole in the center.
Step 19: A flat diagram would be helpful here to better match part positions.
Also, each corner has only a single support point, making the structure loose and parts prone to falling. This greatly affects the experience—extra supports would improve it.
Step 21: The woven basket texture is created by overlapping small bricks.
Step 23 completed.
Next, open Bag [24.36] and repeat the earlier steps to build the main basket body.
Continue with Bag [37.68].
Step 44: Continue building the basket structure.
Step 66: Assembling the four basket corners.
Step 68: Finishing the woven edges—the basket structure is now complete.
Then, open Bag [69.77] to assemble the “flower foam” insert. This secures the stems and leaves, keeping them stable and easy to adjust.
Bag 2 contains 4 bags.
Start with Bag [78.97].
Step 86: The angled pieces are right-angled, but numbering and a 1:1 diagram would make orientation clearer.
By Step 97: Branches and leaves are completed.
Next, open Bag [98.121].
Step 105: Mini pumpkin assembled.
Branch connectors show inconsistencies: the left piece locks tightly, while the right is loose and requires replacement. Including spare parts in the box would help.
Step 121: Yellow allium completed.
Continue with Bag [122.142] to assemble daisies, anemones, and dandelions as decorative accents.
Then, open Bag [143.160].
Step 154: Orange dahlia completed.
Step 159: Golden ball flower assembled.
Bag 3 contains 5 bags.
Start with Bag [161.175] to assemble roses.
As flowers increase, colors grow richer and the overall look becomes fuller.
Next, open Bag [176.203] to assemble two assemble two flame lilies.
Step 190: A worn part affects the appearance.
In Step 196, some parts are missing, requiring replacements before continuing. This interrupts the flow of assembly and slightly affects the overall experience.
Step 203: Flame lily completed.
Continue with Bag [204.220].
In Step 211, assemble the roses.
Step 220: Multi-head roses assembled.
Then, open Bag [221.231] to assemble the red dahlia. Its vibrant color enhances the overall depth and layering of the arrangement.
Finally, open Bag [232.250] to assemble the last multi-head roses and anemones.
At this stage, all flowers and leaves are completed. The color scheme is well-balanced, with clear layering, creating a natural and full-looking basket.
3. Overall Evaluation
The completed woven flower basket has a full shape with rich flowers. Orange-yellow blossoms intertwine with deep green leaves, creating a clear sense of layering. Placed on a desk or countertop, it adds warmth and charm to your home decor. Its overall warm tone evokes a subtle autumn atmosphere, making it more like a small handcrafted piece, perfect as a cozy accent for your space.
During assembly, the overall difficulty is not high, and most steps can be completed smoothly. However, there are a few challenges: the instruction manual lacks intuitive illustrations in some steps, requiring careful attention to determine the correct orientation of certain pieces. Some sections of the basket are supported at only a single point, making them slightly loose during assembly. Occasionally, slight manufacturing tolerances may cause petals to fall off, and there may be missing or insufficient pieces. These issues may require pausing to adjust or replace parts, but the overall assembly process remains fairly smooth for patient builders.
Overall, the main appeal of this flower basket lies not in the final visual impact, but the joy of building block assembly. It is suitable for those who enjoy hands-on brick sets. Once completed, it can be displayed long-term without watering or maintenance, and it will not wither or fade. While the experience is not flawless, the sense of accomplishment gained from building and completing the basket is genuine and rewarding.
